Swimming coach with extensive experience in clubs, swimming schools and the European School, and an LFBS lifeguard. Thomas brings energy and creativity to games and activities that make learning fun for children.<\/p>

David<\/h2>

Sports teacher, swimming instructor, CrossFit coach and co-creator of H2OX. David is passionate about sport and works in schools, including the European School.<\/p>

Director and club manager<\/strong><\/p>

With over 20 years of coaching experience and 20 years managing a club and non-profit association, Val is passionate about helping people progress.<\/p>

His background includes swimming, diving, first-aid instructor training, personal and mental coaching, squash, CrossFit and stand-up paddleboarding.<\/p>
